CONSERVATIVE CARS LLC – SERVICE TERMS, CONDITIONS, & DISCLAIMER
1. Authorization of Service & Diagnostics I hereby authorize Conservative Cars LLC to perform the vehicle services, repairs, and diagnostics as detailed in the provided estimate, along with the installation of necessary parts and materials.
2. Accuracy of Estimates & Additional Work I understand that this estimate is an approximation of costs based on initial project requirements and visible inspection. It is not a guaranteed final price. Actual costs may vary once disassembly or deep detailing begins. Conservative Cars LLC will notify the client and obtain verbal or written authorization before performing any additional services or exceeding the original estimate. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
3. Vehicle Operation & Testing I hereby grant Conservative Cars LLC and its authorized technicians explicit permission to operate the described vehicle on public streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purposes of testing, inspection, road-matching, and verification of completed work.
4. Limitation of Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions
Loss or Damage:Conservative Cars LLC and its personnel are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal articles left inside the vehicle, nor for damage to the vehicle caused by fire, casualty, or force majeure.
Delays:Conservative Cars LLC is not liable for delays in completion caused by the unavailability of parts, shipping delays from suppliers, or transporter backlogs.
Pre-Existing Conditions:Conservative Cars LLC is not liable for the failure of pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or structural components (such as brittle plastics, degraded wiring, or oxidized paint) that may fail during standard service or testing.
5. Payment, Garagemen’s Lien, & Storage Fees An express garagemen's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the total amount of repairs, labor, and materials. All invoices must be paid in full prior to the release of the vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up within (7) business days of notification of completion, a daily storage fee of $50.00 may be applied.
6. Consumer Rights Acknowledgement I acknowledge that I have the right to know the scope of work and estimated costs before authorizing service. By dropping off my vehicle, signing below, or authorizing work digitally, I explicitly accept all the terms and conditions outlined above.
